I have read the "automatic" english translation of your article on the oil sector that makes perfect sense. In fact it tallies perfectly with the contents of the chart that I have included in my study of the L.N.D.P.. As you can easily see, it is suggested that we look forward to three phases in our program for Lebanon:
Phase One (the preparation phase, during which the entire reform program will be conceived and laid down),
Phase Two: The infrastructure Phase during which all the governments will focus during this period on reconstructing our failing infrastructure, without of course neglecting the other aspects of the L.N.D.P. (The Lebanese National Development Plan).
Phase Three: The Oil & Gas Preparation Phase during which the national efforts will concentrate upon preparing the population, and in particular Youth, to the Oil & Gas era that is expected to start in 2022.
We see things exactly in the same optic, but what about the others?
